If on the off-chance you have received a damaged or defective product, you can raise a support ticket with a picture of the damaged piece within 10 days from the date of delivery and we’ll be happy to exchange your product.
The refund policy for CharmsDay is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery.
The refund policy is only applicable if the product is in unused condition and in its original packaging with all original tags and invoices intact.
To complete your return, fill up the return request form on the website to schedule a reverse pick-up.
Repack the product in its original packaging. A delivery person will come to the delivery address to pick up the product from you.
If the return product meets the quality check standard, your money will be refunded via. the same payment medium used to make the transaction.
For cash on delivery orders, please send us your bank account details and we’ll transfer the refund to your account.
You should receive your refund within 5-7 working days of us receiving the product.
