How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time for metro cities is 2 days. Tier-1 and tier-2 cities usually take between 3-5 days. If you do not live in any of these cities, please use our pin code verification system to determine your delivery time and whether we will be able to deliver to your city.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, netbanking, cash on delivery and even, Amex.
Can I return my product?
Yes, we do accept returns up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
Simply fill in the return request form on the website to schedule a reverse pick-up.
Re-pack the product in its original packaging (with all tags and invoices intact) and hand it over to the delivery person.
After a quality check, your money will be refunded via the same payment medium used to transact within 5-7 days. For cash on delivery orders, please send us your bank account details and we will transfer the money to your account.
I received a defective product. What is your exchange policy?
If on the off-chance you have received a damaged or defective product, you can raise a support ticket with a picture of the damaged piece within 7 days from the date of delivery and we’ll be happy to exchange your product.
