Shipping & Returns

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time for within UAE is 3-5 days and international is 7-10 days.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept debit & credit cards only.

How much does shipping cost?

Store Collection within UAE is free of cost. Check our retail partners page to know from where you can collect your purchase.

Shipping within UAE is free for purchases over AED 350 and AED 30 for purchases less than AED 350.

Shipping outside of UAE is free for purchases over AED 599 and AED 100 for purchases less than AED 599.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do but currently shipping is limited to Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Egypt. Subscribe to our newsletter to know when we add more shipping destinations.

Can I return my product?

Yes, we do accept returns up to 10 days from the date of delivery.

Within UAE, store returns at our exclusive retail partners are free of charge. Simply fill in the return request form on the website, take a print and visit your nearest CharmsDay retail partner to return the product.

Outside of UAE, you will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us. You can send your returns via our express returns service for a flat rate of a AED100 equivalent in your own currency for international returns which will be taken from the credit of the returned item(s) once they have reached us. Alternatively, you can print a returns label and send with your preferred carrier.

We recommend that you use our express service to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items that do not reach us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside of UAE.

After a quality check, your money will be refunded via the same payment medium used to transact. Payment of refund for cancellations should be made within 14 days from receipt of the cancellation,  but it can be delayed if we have not received the goods or evidence that customer have returned.

I received a defective product. What is your exchange policy?

If on the off-chance you have received a damaged or defective product, you can raise a support ticket with a picture of the damaged piece within 7 days from the date of delivery and we’ll be happy to exchange your product.
